From homemaker to founder — here is the honest version
I’ll say the thing most people dance around: I was a homemaker before I started this agency. Not a digital marketer. Not a brand strategist with a decade at an MNC. A homemaker who decided one day – to figure out how businesses grow online.
No portfolio. No connections. No safety net.

What I had was time,a reason to learn and the kind of obsessive stubbornness that comes from knowing you have to build this yourself or it doesn't get built.
I started with the basics. What is a keyword? How does a Google auction work? Why does one page rank and another does not? I read everything. I ran experiments on small projects. I made expensive mistakes that I paid for out of my own pocket, not a client’s.
And slowly, the picture came into focus. Most small businesses were not getting the marketing they deserved. They were either being ignored by big agencies or being sold to by people who had learned to talk well but deliver poorly. Vague reports. Rotating account managers. Budgets spent on metrics that did not connect to revenue.
I started The Digifly because I wanted to do something different. Not in a grand way. Just for the businesses that came to me and trusted me with their money.
That was the beginning. And it has not changed.

What An Unconventional path Actually gives you
Here is something I noticed when I started working with businesses directly: the agency system trains people to manage client relationships, not to solve client problems. There is a difference. Because I did not come through that system, I never learned the comfortable version. Every skill I have was learned because I had to use it on a real business with a real budget that could not afford to be wasted.

How we think about marketing, specifically
There is a version of marketing that is about attention. Get as many eyeballs as possible, hope some of them convert, report the impressions number in the monthly deck.
We do not do that version.
The way we see it, marketing has one job: to make the right person trust you enough to pay you. Everything else is noise. An Instagram post that gets 10,000 views from people who will never buy from you is worth less than a single Google search result that shows up when someone in Koramangala types exactly what you offer.
Strategy comes before tactics. Always. The Digifly do not sell packages. We start by understanding your business, your customer and your goal. Then we figure out the shortest, most defensible path from here to there.

Intentionally limited to 10 to 15 active clients. This is deliberate. If I cannot give your account the attention it needs, I will not take your money.
Do you sign long-term contracts?
We prefer a 3-month minimum engagement so the work has time to show results. After that it is month to month. No year-long lock-ins. If it is not working, we will be the first to say so.
